The NEUHÄUSER clamping frames are designed to secure drilling rigs at their operating point. Clamping is achieved via built-in or side-mounted support tubes that are extended by hydraulic cylinders. Spring assemblies are integrated into the support tubes, which maintain the tension even when the rock gives way, allowing for a length compensation of up to 80 mm. The compact design ensures easy transport, simple operation, and high operational reliability.
The Type I clamping frame is equipped with an integrated oil reservoir and a hand pump. The hand pump is best operated using a combination wrench, size 24. The clamping pressure, which is a maximum of 200 bar, can be read directly on the pressure gauge mounted on the frame.
Thanks to the integrated hand pump in the clamping frame, no additional hydraulic power unit is required to operate the cylinders, resulting in cost savings.

Type III Clamping Frame
The external hydraulic cylinders of the Type III clamping frame are each controlled independently by a separate pump unit via manual valves. The clamping pressure, which is a maximum of 200 bar, can be read on the pressure gauges mounted on the frame.
