Control Units for Drills
These gas drilling machines are suitable for drilling degassing holes, water injection holes, and cable-pass-through holes. They can drill ventilation and roll holes in coal with a minimum angle of attack of 45° and diameters up to 420 mm. The machines are specifically designed for use with PCD (polycrystalline diamond) technology. Upon request, the drilling machines can be equipped with external silencers to ensure quieter operation.
PS I Control Station
The PS I control station is designed to control 6 kW turret drilling machines. It features two identical 4/3-way piston valves for controlling the feed and drilling motors. For drilling machines equipped with a pneumatic catch device, the station additionally includes a 4/3-way valve. Upon request, the station can be connected to an end-of-stroke silencer, which also helps reduce noise at the workplace.

PS II Control Station
The PS II control station is designed to control 13.2 kW turret drilling machines. It is equipped with three identical 4/3-way piston valves, which are responsible for controlling the feed and drilling motors.

For drilling machines with a pneumatic catch device, the station is additionally equipped with a 4/3-way valve. Upon request, the station can also be connected to an end-of-line silencer, which contributes to effective noise reduction at the workplace.
PS III Control Station
The PS III control station is designed to control 22 kW turret drilling machines. It is equipped with four identical 4/3-way piston valves for controlling the feed and drilling motors. Upon request, the station can be connected to a rear silencer, which helps effectively reduce noise at the workplace.
